Refund Policy

At astrologic, we aim to provide high-quality jewellery and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the terms below.

Return eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When submitting a request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video clearly showing the issue

  • An unboxing video if available

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund process

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Used or damaged products not caused during delivery

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales

  • Gift cards or digital products

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Return shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect. Shipping charges and COD fees, if applicable, are generally non-refundable.
